It’s 2026, and Patrick came back from the coffee catchup he just did on the 5th floor with his VP Laura.

They talked about the strength of customer success in the company and everything is looking great so far. Results are exceeding expectations.

Now, they need to present that in a smart and compelling way to their CEO, Eleanor who is a complete geek on the subject. The deadline is tight.

Patrick’s team is the reason to the CS success and it is also underwater keeping that stellar record. He will have to do it himself.

He comes back to his floor and talks to his standing desk “Hey, I need to prepare a video with Laura for tomorrow 9 am. I want to explain how we exceeded expectations in customer success to Eléonore.”

His desk answers to him “Congratulations! Let us see what we can do.”

After a few seconds, his desk opened the access to a video platform he never saw before and says:

“Hey Patrick, we advise you to speak to this platform called NiceVideoThanks_Mistrãl and they will generate videos for you thanks to secure GreatGift_HuggingFãce models which will be sent to Laura for a constructive challenge.

If you wish to incorporate new photos or graphs present on your professional workspace please say it as well so the visuals are crystal clear and answer to your needs!”

Patrick loves talking, after all, he is a salesman. He sometimes talks to the walls so they dim the lights in his office too, it’s like magic!

“…and I really love chatting to that desk ” he thinks “next time I modulate it to train my sales speech with the correct words”

He needed to do a few graphs himself to incorporate into. “I would need the display of reports of Q1 2026 please with the information from Enterprise Customers from my sales team CRM and a comparison the the previous four quarters.”

Results popped up straight away, with a few comments from the CRM’s counsel agent who gave him a few insights and benchmarks, he built the relevant graphs and added comments. The Desk designed it at his request.

After twelve minutes of back and forth with his desk for the video, he was satisfied with the V1. The Desk sent it to Laura.

She also spoke to the Desk to correct minor elements and together, the task took less than 45 minutes.

Patrick had mentioned he felt hungry so the Desk ordered proper food in parallel for him to eat outside with a few colleagues. It is a special add on he requested on menu during configuration of his magical desk: the Desk was allowed to enter his voice data only through specific triggers including food words. Indeed, Patrick is getting married soon and he wants to look his best.

The next day, as Eléonore arrives in the room, she had already seen the video and congratulated them. Patrick and Laura were more than happy to present the objectives for the next quarter and the strategic work began.
